1. Can Kredit Banque finance my movie?
I have an idea for a great movie. Can I get a loan? That's great, but ideas alone are not enough to fund projects.
You will need a complete package including completed script. It is recommended that you register your script with the
Writers' Guild prior to sending it out for review.
2. Can you get distribution for my movie?
Yes, and No. Yes we have the ability and associations, but we generally do not involve our company in distribution negotiations.
We suggest that you start by looking at the IFTA website for a list of sales agents. We may have a few recommendations of
companies that could assist you once we have agreed to move forward with your project.
3. I have this TV script. Can I get financing?
While a good script for television or for film is critical, the answer is the same for both. A script alone is not enough for us to provide
financing. Kredit Banque will need a complete package to consider your project, including the budget, cash-flow, existing contracts,
distribution and sales estimates, other sources of revenue, the cast and director attached to the project as well as the script. No verbal
descriptions of artist or directors interested or committed will be accepted. All confirmations and verifications should be in writing.

4. How long does it take to fund my movie or television project?
A complete package generally has a 4 to 8 week funding schedule. In most cases Kredit Banque does not receive a complete package.
Reasons vary, but most often a lack of written confirmation of casting/director and/or distribution contracts delays funding.
Complex projects timelines are adjusted to compensate and funding schedules are based entirely on a film-by-film or project basis.
5. How large of a project will Kredit Banque fund?
Kredit Banque has four tiers of funding
- Student funds student film projects up to $1 million
- Independent funds projects up to $10 million
- Classic funds projects up to $50 million
- Studio funds blockbuster studio projects up to $150 million
