A smooth transaction starts with honest communication. Effective dialogue can pre-empt misunderstandings and other time consuming and
costly problems. Several mechanisms are employed that keep the communication channels open throughout the entire loan process. One of
them is the Kredit Banque "Pipeline Report".
The pipeline report will be in use from the time the client is officially engaged until the loan is funded. This report is a real
time utility that is accessed through the Kredit Banque web site using an assigned username and password. Pipeline information has

Active client use of the pipeline report empowers participation in the outcome of their loan, and allows daily
loan status monitoring during the entire loan process. The loan process is comprised of several milestones.
1. Interview
The foundation for a quality loan procedure is the client interview. A frank and open discussion is mandatory.
2. Data Analysis
Analysis of the information submitted by the client in the initial loan assessment document allows Kredit Banque
to identify available loan options at our disposal.
3. Identified Options
A presentation of the loan options is made to the client. A term sheet is generated for the most viable option(s).
4. Application
If the Client chooses to pursue the loan an application/engagement contract is generated, and a deposit is required.
Upon signature the client is issued a username and password, and is given a list of required documents to be completed.
5. Underwriting
When documents are complete and the loan package successfully underwritten the client will receive a conditional commitment.
Depending on circumstances, further documentation may be required.
